A lucky group of MB+M team members and clients gathered in Shepparton in late November for a hands on presentation by business guru Andrew Geddes. Andrew held the floor for one and a half hours and he ran those present through a business scorecard. We were asked to rate our business on 50 separate factors, spread over 5 components of management, and then give ourselves a total score out of 500. There were some interesting results and it was indeed a riveting presentation.
The purpose of the self assessment was to help the participants identify development opportunities and profit improvement initiatives. Who doesn’t want that for their business?

Andrew Geddes has the role of external Chairman of the MB+M Business Solutions leadership team. He joins the partner/director meetings once every quarter and helps bring an independent focus and direction to those meetings.
