We would like to introduce you to our newest team member Glenn Irvine. Glenn is MB+M's full time business coach. Business coaching offers an exciting option to providing a unique relationship that will grow both your business and you.

Glenn has grown up in the region and spent a large majority of his working and business life here. Glenn brings 20+ years experience in rural, retail, marketing, training and business management knowledge. He has over five years experience and national qualifications in business coaching. Glenn has worked with a wide range of small, medium and large organisations, providing direct coaching support to helping grow, develop and improve each business.

Business Coaching focuses on profit, people and performance and when introduced well, will have a big impact on your business and its bottom line. You can’t always have all the knowledge and tools to be successful, but identifying what is required right now in your business and capturing clarity of purpose will drive motivation and lead to success.

Business is all about relationships, be it customers, staff, teams, management or business networks.

With specialist business coaching skills Glenn will focus you on key drivers in your business and help you develop new possibilities and ideas, assisting you in looking at things differently and creating new opportunities for business growth and prosperity.
